What does the laundry service include?
Pickup in specialized bags, washing and processing, machine ironing, packing, and delivery to the agreed location — as a complete process without additional coordination on your side.
What is your laundry capacity?
The facility has more than 60 machines with a daily capacity of up to approximately 6,500 kg of linen, enabling stable supply even during peak season.
What products do you use for washing?
We use Christeyns Laundry Technology systems and products, with procedures adapted to textile type and the hygiene requirements of hospitality and healthcare.
How long does standard processing take?
The usual timeframe is 24–48 hours from pickup. During peak season, processing times are agreed in advance so your property always has enough clean linen.
What if a stain remains after processing?
This is one of the most common questions in laundries across the EU. We are professionals and do everything we can to remove stains. However, we are limited by the care label, how long the stain has been present, previous treatment with semi-professional products at home, and the risk of color loss if the stain is treated more aggressively.
We invest time, products, and transport, and the service must be charged regardless of the final result.
How is the laundry price calculated?
The price depends on the type and quantity of textiles, pickup frequency, and special requirements such as disinfection. We prepare an individual quote for each partner.
